Featured Nanopositioners and Nanopositioning Products

Nanopositioner
Integrated Nanopositioning

Nano-LPQ
The Nano-LPQ piezo nanopositioning system features equal speed in XYZ, low profile (21mm), integrated sample holder, picometer precision, 75 x 75 x 50 microns. Ideal for particle tracking and SR microscopy.
Nano-LPS Series
The Nano-LPS Series are the lowest profile 3 axis nanopositioners with up to 300 microns motion (XYZ), picometer precision and ultra high stability. With an 83mm aperture and compatibility with major image and automations software, the Nano-LPS are ideal for super resolution and optical microscopy.
Nano-F Series
The Nano-F series are nanopositioner focusing elements with 100 or 200 microns of motion and offer an alternative to microscope piezo Z stages. Ideal for super resolution (SR) microscopy such as STORM and PALM imaging.
